Lessons in Science

Though I won't start any official homeschooling with Juan Pablo until next year when he is 5, I was looking at the pictures in my "September '08" file and realized how much the kids learn everyday.
We made a trip out to Daniel's family's ranch in Art, TX. Here the boys stroked the lamb born just that day.
How many Hinckleys can we fit on a horse? Though Maria Victoria did not stay on for long, the boys had Great Uncle Randy Leading the horse around and around and around.
Hopefully Juan Pablo is taking some prayer lessons from this holy little guy.
Not sure if Emmanuel is mourning the death of this little minnow or what's going on in his head?

With the help of Opa who's childhood was filled with "crik" adventures, the boys, Daniel, and Uncle Philip built a dam which raise the water level a whole 4 inches.
