Yesterday was Emmanuel's 2nd birthday. We celebrated with some friends in the evening. He loved his worm cake...gummy worms on a chocolate cake, that is. After yesterday, I thought about creating a universal Hinckley Birthdate on which we all celebrate our birthdays...yes, the idea has it's flaws including the fact that Juan Pablo does need to learn to hand over the spotlight for at least one day of year...but I would have had to listen to a lot less arguing yesterday. Juan Pablo is now looking forward to March 12th more than December 25th.
