Daniel's father worked all morning soldering...almost finishing the center three panels. The electricity went out for about 3 hours in the afternoon and then for another hour in the evening, so that was a bit of a setback. We had a little cookout in our side yard and roasted the marshmallows Monica brought while waiting for the lights to come back on.
Our good friends, Adam and Marcela, stopped by to check out the glass. Marcela is 7 1/2 months pregnant with their first child, Maria Theresa. Many people have visited the "studio" which is in the dormitory of the friary right across the street from our house.
